Because I injured my back the first day, I spent most of my time in my hotel room. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The bed, lighting, heating, and hot water in the bathroom were excellent. They asked about cleaning and dinner every day. The room was cleaned whenever I requested. Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to nearby historical sites and parks without getting tired. This is definitely a hotel to choose for your trip to Montevideo. I highly recommend it!

The room was big and the bed was comfortable, there was a useful writing desk. Breakfast was very good, there was a wide choice of cakes, fruit, vegetables, cheese and cold meats. Location was good in the downtown area of Montevideo. Even though Colonia Street got empty at night, you just needed to walk a few metres to find crowded streets and squares that were safe all night long. Value was very good at a cost of about 50 Euros per night including breakfast. The all-female reception and breakfast staff members were efficient and formal.

The ladies in Reception , were Very Nice , & friendly Natalie , Karina & Inés . Sonia , she it's in floor 9, was So Nice & Friendly , allways There TO Help ,me They made my stay , easy & happy under the circumstances. Ladies in the Afternoon , from 3.00pm to 11.00pm Need some Training , to be More Polite . Also One of the Lady in the Kitchen I don't know her name .

The location is good. Easy access by walking. Breakfast choices were good. 24 hours security.

Was able to check in earlier for a fee, facilities are standard but place is kept clean, staff are pleasant, we had an early check out and was offered coffee and packed sandwich

The hospitality makes you feel at home. All needs at walking distance. Credit cards work perfectly well. No need for cash.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is varied. Size of the room, comfortable bed and the shutters guarantee a good night sleep

Location good - right in town and good to have access to a bike to get around. And to play piano !!!

We were able to do early check in (for a fee) when we arrived at 6 am. Breakfast was excellent! Wifi worked well and the beds were very comfortable.
